Silkis is used for the topical treatment of mild to moderately severe plaque psoriasis, with up to one third of the body surface affected. It contains as an active principle, calcitriol (a derivative of vitamin D), which inhibits and normalizes the exaggerated cell growth in the skin affected by psoriasis.
