1. - Do I need a prescription?
No prescription to purchase any medicines in our pharmacy. By ordering from pharmex4you.com you are agreeing that you are only purchasing medicine for your own personal use.
pharmex4you.com does not have a pharmacist on staff, we will never offer medical advice, we will never advise on dosages or usage of any products and we state thru out the website that you must be familiar with and have a safe history with any of the products you purchase prior to ordering from us.
We are simply a resource to be used to acquire medicine at discount prices.
2. - Is this legal?
It is legal to order medicines from Mexico and have them shipped to you as long as you are ordering medicine for your own personal use. All products we sell are distributed within Mexico, all products sold are FDA approved. It is important to understand how the products are coming to you.
3. - What kinds of shipping options do you offer?
All products are sent from our pharmacy within Mexico, all products are sent thru customs and available for inspection by customs.
All packages are sent by registered mail and a signature is required. All packages are sent from Mexico directly to you and signatures are required upon delivery. If no one is at home at the time of delivery then you will receive a notice from your local postal office that you have a package waiting to be picked up. All packages pass thru customs if the destination is within the United States and we are not able to ship by Fed Ex, UPS or any other means of express delivery.
4. - What is your refund policy?
Very simple! If you do not receive the product you ordered than you will receive your money back. If you receive notice that your package is waiting for pick-up and you do not claim your package and it is returned to our offices then we will re-ship your package for an additional shipping fee of $24.95 if you contact us. Due to the nature of the product we offer, returns cannot be accepted for safety guarantees. If you return a product due to our error you will be issued a 100% refund. Please note that it may take 4 to 6 weeks for a package to return back to our offices in Mexico.
5. - Do you sell products that are not listed on your website?
If you have a special request please feel free to contact us and let us know exactly what you are looking for. We have access to thousands of products not listed on our website so just ask and we will look into the request for you.
All products we sell come from the manufacturer already pre-packaged. Most of these products are manufactured by the same large corporations located within the United States and distributed to Mexico. The labeling on the packages are written in Spanish. We do NOT have a pharmacist on staff to give directions on how to take a certain product so please do not contact us after receiving your order and request instructions on how to use a product, how much to take, ect.
6. - How do I find the status of my order?
If you have completed check-out and received an automated confirmation via email than please assume that your order is being processed. Delivery takes approx. 15 to 20 business days to arrive by registered mail.
If we are unable to process your order than we will contact you.
It is important that you submit an email address. ALL CORRESPONDENCE is handled via email. Our shipping department hours of operation are Monday thru Friday 9am to 7pm PST, weekends and holidays the shipping department is closed, your package will be processed the next business day.
If after 20 to 35 business days your order has not arrived, please check with your local postal service to ensure that your package is not being held for pick-up, if you still have concerns contact us by email and we will assist you.
